Why is it a winner?

The perfectly constructed sandwich, one that has the correct filling-to-bread ratio and stays together till the very last bite, is indeed a thing of beauty. At Sandy’s takeaway shop in Avalon they haven’t been opened that long but they really know what they’re doing and nowhere is that more evident than in the Schnitty Sandy. The golden fried chicken schnitzel with a generous dollop of chipotle onion jam, a squirt of caesar dressing and fresh lettuce all on quality bread is practically a work of art. Simple but cracking!
