Where Field Meets Fork!  Relaxed dining in a stunning setting, Thyme Bistro showcases the best of Scottish Produce combined with flavours and influences from around the world.  Paul Newman and his small team of award winning Chefs use seasonal local produce, much of which is bred and reared on the farm at Errichel.  With the Bistro's roots firmly embedded on the foundations of the Slow Food movement, the team aim to bring good, clean and fair food to the table for all to enjoy.  The Bistro welcomes dogs (on leads as there are free range ducks and hens in the gardens) and families.  There is no strict dress code. Open for Breakfast, brunch, lunch and much more! <br/>Thyme Bistro is based on Errichel Farm and has a fantastic Delicatessen, farm shop, guest rooms and cottages on site so you can make a night of it by staying over and if you loved some of the produce you sampled in the Bistro you can buy some from the Deli to share with your friends and family when you get home.
