The Woodman is a charming, rural 17th Century pub situated in the village of Fernham, beneath the shadow of White Horse Hill. It is an independent free house run by an Anglo-French pairing where true hospitality takes pride of place. We offer a wide selection of cask ales, beers, wines and cocktails as well as delicious seasonal menus. We can cater for groups and parties of up to 40 guests in our atmospheric barn function room and we have a courtesy minibus available by arrangement for parties of 8 or more who dine with us. Our pretty rear patio is a lovely spot for outside dining or drinks on those warm summer days, and we are within easy walking distance of Faringdon and surrounding villages. We are dog friendly, and have high chairs and baby changing facilities.
