The Dining Room at The Bonnie Badger - The Stables - will serve modern takes on pub classics in line with Chef Tom Kitchin's ‘From Nature to Plate’ passion of using only the freshest, locally sourced seasonal produce.<br/><br/>The Stables features a truly impressive ceiling showcasing the original beams of the old horse stable building dating back to the early days of the Inn, which was founded in 1836 at the heart of the Gullane community. The original sandstone walls have been brought back to life and been carefully restored giving the room great character, while a blend of classic panelling and stunning lighting showcases some beautiful design elements, and a grand fireplace forms the room's centrepiece.
