Named after Gene 'The Squire' Sarazen, the golfing legend and a winner of the Grand Slam of golf, The Squire restaurant provides a relaxing environment to enjoy an extravagant buffet breakfast each morning and a monthly Bottomless Sunday Brunch. The Squire is also host to corporate lunches, dinners and live-cooking events. Brunch pricing: £75 per adult including up to 4 x drinks, £60 for an alcohol-free option and £30 per child 12 and under. Under 5s eat complimentary on the resort with paying adults. Our dinner concept is modern Scottish brasserie, focusing on traditional meat and seafood dishes, showcasing St Andrews Bay Lobster, Tweed Valley beef and locally sourced seasonal game.
