The Shires Inn can be found in the beautiful village of Peatling Parva, and is only a short drive from Leicester, Market Harborough and Rugby. It is set in 3 acres of rolling Leicestershire countryside and boasts its own babbling brook running through the garden along with a wonderful children’s play area and generous patio.<br/><br/>The interior has been decorated in keeping with our name, you’ll be able to spot plenty of equine details amongst a soothing palette of soft greys and lush greens. Our bar area has a large wood-burning fire that lends a beautiful warmth in the cooler months and our restaurant area overlooks the garden making it perfect for special occasions. <br/><br/>The Shires Inn has been a family-run business for almost 30 years and continues to provide delicious food, quality beverages and outstanding service to this day. Owned and run by Andrew & Phillippa Faulkner, they work tirelessly to uphold the fantastic reputation the restaurant has earned with the help of their daughter, Millie, youngest son, Max and a wonderful team of dedicated and hard-working staff.
