The Set is an award winning restaurant residing In Cafe Rust on Preston Road.. We're open Wednesday to Friday evenings with sittings at 6:30pm. We focus on Ingredient-led cooking fuelled with fat and Unami. We work with British micro-seasonal ingredients, heritage slow-grown vegetables and fruit, sustainable fish and native rare breed meats. We also offer a drinks pairing using natural wine, sake, beer and homemade ferments and brews. All designed to complement your dishes. We offer one tasting menu ticketed at £85 per guest .
