Secure a comfy armchair by the windows, order a coffee, grab the ‘papers and it’s a delightful spot for watching the comings and goings at the heart of this traditional farming community.<br/>Food is served at lunchtimes until 3pm and in the evenings from 6pm to 9pm Sunday – Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Our menu offers something for everyone: from artisan pizzas and tapas-style nibbles to a three-course Sunday roast.<br/>Served daily from 12noon our Afternoon Tea has become something of a Royal institution while the promise of a platter and glass of Prosecco often proves too much of a temptation after a long day hiking on the hills.
