Let There Be Crumbs is our lovely little tearoom, that has been on our based in Roker, Sunderland since 2015. We pride ourselves on our amazing cake counter (which is filled with hand crafted patisseries and outrageous freshly made cakes), intimate dining experience, exceptional coffee, exquisite service, and outstanding views. Our head chef also makes an amazing brunch, with the most perfectly poached eggs. So, get yourself along and try it for yourself. We do cater for all dietary requirements, meaning we have Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy and Gluten Free options available. Poetic License Bar is the home of small batch gin, amazing cocktails, craft keg beer and soul food. Situated in the Roker Hotel, with amazing sea views, we cater for all dietary requirements, and needs. Our food is what we would call “Good For the Soul” Food. We have a diverse menu ranging from Small Plates to Signature Dishes, with a bit of everything in between. It’s not only great food we do, we have our own onsite distillery Poetic License which boasts an array of award-winning Gins and Liqueurs. Our bar manager also spends a lot of his spare time developing and creating new cocktail recipes, so if you fancy a bit of a boozy stay, you know where to head!
