Today The Castle Inn, unencumbered by any brewery tie, serves ales from around the country, and will always have a local brew on tap. We usually change beers weekly so you can always be sure of variety. We have been included in the good beer guide since we've opened and are CAMRA accredited as well.  We are passionate about our food and the quality ingredients that we use.  Our food menu is changed seasonally as we use locally sourced foods including foods from Hurst Manor Farm and Ashridge Manor.  We offer freshly prepared quality pub food including our famous burger and ribs.  Friday night at the Castle is our fish specials night.  We offer a range of fresh fish starters and mains, these change weekly depending on what the fisherman catches!  On Sundays our menu will usually include roasted rib of beef and pork loin as well as a selection from our weekly menu.  Booking is advised, especially at weekends.
