We are a family a run business established 2021 in the spa town of Buxton. We are a restaurant, bar shop and delicatessen promoting authentic Spanish food and drink. Our menu showcases ingredients directly from Spain, that you can purchase in our shop and enjoy from the comfort of your own home. From bread baked daily, to over 100 wines, there really is something for everyone. Santiago is a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, promoting social dining. Dishes come as and when they are ready, rather than in a fixed order. As the customer you are in complete control order from a range of Tapas and Ration sized portions and keep on ordering.
