Roux at Skindles Brasserie is located on the ground floor, the comfortable, stylish dining room opens onto a riverside terrace with year round seating available to take advantage of the glorious views. The brasserie boasts an open kitchen that allows the chefs to be part of your experience with us. The menu is based on modern classic French brasserie dishes but with some British and some Mediterranean influences.  Children are welcome and can choose from their own imaginative menu.<br/>Roux at Skindles cocktail bar opens onto a Thameside balcony offering some of the best views in the area ensuring it is a destination bar in its own right, the envy of restaurants everywhere.  With cool vibes, occasional live music nights, serving a kaleidoscope of arty cocktails, craft beers, wines and champagnes, Roux at Skindles is perfect for a night out, Combining comfort, glamour and novelty across our first floor level, with a centre-piece shimmering copper bar, a discreet TV screen so guests can keep up to date with all major news and sports events, our cocktail bar is one of the coolest spaces to be found outside London.<br/>The Chairman’s Room is to be found on the second floor, an intimate private dining space available for special occasions seating up to 14 guests for lunch, dinner or a small meeting.  We are licensed to conduct wedding ceremonies in the room for up to 20 guests. Of course, it is possible to hire the whole venue to support your event, on request.<br/>
