His distinguished career has seen him work in some of the most prestigious kitchens in the UK and Europe, including cooking for King Charles' 50th birthday. Mentored by  celebrated chef Anton Mosimann, Ron and his team are constantly searching for culinary excellence. Schooled in classic French techniques, Ron’s modern cooking style is underpinned with a passion for using the very best seasonal ingredients. <br/><br/>Ronnie's was awarded The Good Food Guide Restaurant of the Year 2009 and is consistently awarded two rosettes by the AA food guide.
