Renato’s is a bar, restaurant and pizzeria in the heart of Bristol; a renowned late night venue split over two floors in a Grade II listed building. Located on Bristol’s historic King Street, Renato’s was reopened by Left Handed Giant in collaboration with Pizza Is Lovely in 2023, serving PIL's famous vegetarian Detroit-style pizzas as well as a menu of Italian-American inspired food with a local twist. The venue blends some old school Italian charm with a contemporary offering and aesthetic. One side of the ground floor houses a bar serving cocktails, craft beers and natural wines, while the other is home to a pizzeria, serving New York and Detroit-style pizza by the slice until late, plus a selection of DSPs and sides from our restaurant kitchen. Upstairs is a relaxed, intimate and more elevated dining experience. In addition to the Detroit-style pizza menu, the restaurant offers a range of seasonal dishes, weekly specials, desserts and a carefully curated wine list. The space is split into two dining rooms, both of which can accommodate groups of varying sizes.
