Prévost restaurant is our 3-Rosette, Michelin recognised restaurant. Head Chef Rikki Hughes has been delighting diners for the past 18 months with stunning 3, 5 or 8 course tasting menus. During this time he and his team have deservedly received rave reviews for their food. Featured in the Good Food Guide as well as Hardens the regularly changing menus demonstrate Rikki's passion for the highest quality, and, wherever possible, local ingredients. All accompanied by an eclectic wine list or you can opt for delightful wine flights all carefully curated by our Sommelier to complement and enhance the experience.
