We use the very best produce foraged, grown, fished, farmed and caught from the land and sea around us; including fruit & vegetables from our own Walled Garden in Netherby Hall. From the kitchen we serve a menu of contemporary British cuisine. No compromise is made with the ingredients, just comfort food made to delight. We also have a selection of bottled ales, a roaring fire to warm the cockles and a bowl of water for the dog. Our menu contains wild game and always dairy, as this is ingrained in the natural food provenance of our region and cooking style.Therefore, we are unable to cater for guests with severe lactose allergies or those who require a dairy free diet.
