Neil’s Restaurant Sidmouth has an informal design and allows you to actually see Neil at work. Why do we update the menu daily? I know what the days menu will be after the boats have come in and the fish landed. My goal is to use the freshest ingredients that are locally caught and so as the seasons change, so does the catch. After years of selecting ingredients I know what is the best quality and value, so each day I select the freshest and tastiest available. Knowing the fishermen and fish merchants over many years means that I know how the fish are caught and often which boat has landed it. Getting the best flavours means knowing where each ingredient comes from. E-vouchers are available from our website. Great for those last minute gifts.
