Manifest is a small restaurant, with a dine at counter and 6 spacious tables. It is an elegant and industrial styled space designed with the kitchen as the focal point. Manifest celebrates the produce of the region, and the unique history of the port city being aptly named after the ships manifest. The team at Manifest under Chef Pauls guidance forage, preserve, ferment and focus on great produce. With seasonal and sustainable supply chains at its heart and creative ways to show the food culture and creativity of Liverpool - making Manifest a unique dining experience. We think you’ll find our space and our menu both creative and full of elegant charm. Our mission to create bold flavoured skilled dishes, serving you great wines from independent small scale producers and leaving you with a true feeling of hospitality and warmth. Reservations We are a small restaurant with 6 tables and a dine at counter. We think the chef’s counter is the highlight of the restaurant with action views of the kitchen and more chances to interact with our team. If you’d like the chefs counter then please add this to your booking notes and we will do our best to accommodate you. Likewise if you require a table we will do our best to accommodate your request, please put ‘table’ in your booking notes. Priority for a table will always go to those with accessible needs, and otherwise can’t be guaranteed.
