Swans Bar invites you to explore tantalising locations from our iconic travel series, through our expertly crafted cocktails inspired by each title. Our menu features a fantastic selection of fine wine and champagne, to perfectly compliment light bites such as fillet of Kinglas salmon and jamón ibérico de Bellota. Please Note: The bar will stop accommodating reservation requests for Tea and Coffee service only from 4pm as we set the venue for Cocktail Service Unfortunately due to the high number of late cancelations and customers not attending their bookings without notifying us, we regrettably have to ask for card details to secure the reservation for groups larger than 3 people. If you don't arrive for your booking or let us know at least 2 hours prior to your reservation a £25 fee per person will be charged. (If you cancel online or let us know via a phone call at least 2 hours prior to the reservation your card won't be charged.) If you wish to make a reservation for parties larger than 6 people, e-mail us directly at swansbar@assouline.com as we require deposit and minimum spend to secure your reservation. Multiple bookings for the same party made under the same or separate details will not be honoured, thank you for your understanding.
