Linnane’s Lobster Bar is located in the heart of the Burren, County Clare. Take in the fantastic views of Aughinish & Galway Bay while surrounded by sea and limestone landscape. Watch as boats come and go from the Pier at New Quay, fishing for the shellfish that can be served straight to your table. Built over 300 years ago to function as a post office and public house the building has remained at the center of the New Quay community for generations. In recent years an extension was built onto the back opening up some wonderful views of the bay.<br/><br/>When visiting the Burren, Linnane’s Lobster Bar is a must for lunch or dinner. We serve food with an emphasis on fresh local produce, sourcing from within the Burren where possible. We are known for our seafood but we cater for all tastes. Eat on the terrace during the Summer while the sun is shining and watch the boats come and go or come inside and cosy up beside the fire when Winter sets in. Whatever the weather, a trip to the Burren is not complete without a visit to Linnane’s.
