L’Artisan celebrates the art of modern dining at brunch and dinner. The chic but relaxed setting, tables draped with white cloths and lit by candles at night, sets the scene for a sophisticated yet approachable dining experience, as timeless as it is creative. Synchronised service, coordinated mirror style around diners, adds an elegant touch. Many dishes are delicately finished at the table with a swirl of sauce or pour of jus. All are as beautiful as they are flavourful, the menu encompassing classics such as sole meunière as well as a signature veal tomahawk for two, served with a sweet orange harissa and a crispy olive pastilla. On the wine list, classic cuvées from the world’s most renowned wine regions meet unique bottles from celebrated new-world producers. Magnums are poured by the glass, allowing truly exceptional wines to be paired with each dish. The drinks list also includes aromatic zero-gin cocktails and personally tailored gin and tonics. At breakfast, L’Artisan is no less impressive. The menu of sweet and savoury temptations includes eggs with asparagus soldiers and smoked salmon as well as a majestic French toast, the recipe revisited with the addition of apples, cinnamon and gingerbread ice cream.
