La Casa Tapas & Wine was launched in December 2023 by husband and wife team Caroline Boyle Dimitrova and Aleksandar Dimitrov. Both have vast experience in the hospitality industry spanning over 50 years between both of them, and both have ran numerous establishments over the years. They have a particular interest in tapas and are delighted to present their interpretation of spanish tapas to the Claremorris community and surrounding areas. They have worked together for over 12 years in Dublin, winning numerous awards for their work. Notably, Best Mediterranean restaurant in Ireland four years in a row and overall best restaurant in Ireland in 2019, to name but a few. We are very pleased to include in our dishes fresh, quality local produce as well as products from Spain. Our motto is quality, and the focus will be on creating tasty innovative dishes to suit every palate. Aleksandar has a diverse cooking experience so expect some fabulous specials in the future. We have diligently sourced our wines and put together a wine list that predominantly features Spanish wines, as well as Cava and Sangria but also includes wines from other regions. Some wine specials will also feature in the future. We have Estrella Damm from Barcelona on draught as well as Heineken. Our beer list also includes bottled beers.
