HILLS restaurant opened its doors on April 14th 2017 following a significant refurbishment which has involved total renovation of the property formally known as Bishop's Meadows Restaurant. ​ HILLS is a family run restaurant, owned by husband and wife, Owain and Emily and their daughters, Matilda and Tabitha. HILLS are very proud of their young front of house team! ​ All of our produce is sourced locally using some of the best producers in Wales. Keep your eyes out on the menu for a few of them. They are worth checking out. ​ We are open Wednesday to Sunday. However, visit the reservation section of the website to reserve a table. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
