Beef and lamb farmed from up the road complimented with Tassie’s best and freshest seafood sourced from our coastal waters. Our Head Chef Thomas Pirker along with Food Director Massimo Mele takes the paddock to plate ethos to the next level. As a dining venue, Grain of the Silos continues in it's quest to find the best of Tasmanian produce, to combine with world renowned international cooking techniques down to the tiniest detail.
