The restaurant is housed in a traditional oak framed barn with panoramic views of open countryside and an outdoor terrace in the summer months.<br/><br/>Frasers offers both tasting and à la carte menus, brunch and afternoon tea using the finest locally sourced ingredients which are sympathetically crafted into magnificent food with a modern British flair.<br/><br/>All ingredients are sourced from a carefully selected group of local artisan producers and suppliers and during the game season game is sourced from the Estate to minimise 'food-miles'.
