A Farm to Plate Restaurant. What we eat is important, how it is grown even more so. A big part of our ethos is self sustainability wherever possible this is why we grow the bulk of our vegetables and roast all our own coffee on our family farm in Moycullen.<br/>As much as possible we use all our own vegetables, herbs & leaves and our menus have our current and upcoming harvests factored in during the planning stages.<br/>For everything we can't grow ourselves we look to local suppliers. We are a Galway business - we grow up here, our kids are growing up here and we want to see our locale thrive.
