Moose Coffee
cuisinesBreakfast, Brunch, Coffee

The mighty Moose Coffee has three different locations across Liverpool, that’s how popular this place is! We cannot stress to you enough about how good the food is here and the portions are HUGE! The Moose Stacks are £12.50 but are not your ordinary pancakes. You can choose from apple and homemade salted caramel, granola and chocolate peanut butter, and banana and pecan, which all include three stacks of pancakes with a smothering of Canadian maple syrup and butter.

Moose also offers its legendary icing sugar-dusted American-style pancakes, which of course come in stacks of three for £9. For sweet lovers, you have the choice of either Canadian maple syrup and butter, ice cream or chocolate and hazelnut spread. If you can’t go without bacon, you can add four slices, which taste like heaven with sweet syrup.

The pancake stack at The Brunch Club is £10.95, however, we can safely say, The Brunch Club has the most decadent and delicious toppings in an equally decadent atmosphere. You can choose up to three toppings to create your perfect pancake: Biscoff spread, Biscoff crumbs (our personal fave), banana, Nutella, Oreo salt, butterscotch sauce, and peanut butter. If you’re into fruit on your pancakes, you can choose from banana, blueberries, or strawberries and finally, if you’re a savoury pancake person and need your protein fix in the morning, you can choose from bacon or sausage to top it all off.

Leaf is a resident of the iconic Bold Street. Establishing itself in 2007 as a small tea shop run by friends in a Liverpool city centre gallery, in the autumn of 2010, LEAF moved to a truly magnificent building on Bold Street. This is a venue passionate about tea, stocking 60 rare loose leaf teas from across the globe! It’s even won Great Taste Awards for several of its blends. What’s more comforting than a hot cup of tea and some sweet treats? This is where the pancakes come in. You can indulge in a stack of three American-style pancakes with maple syrup and thick Greek yoghurt with blueberry compote for £11.95.

The eatery’s Quarter pancakes come with a fruity combination of berry compote, honey and yoghurt, which offers just the right amount of sweetness, without the sickly feeling. Café Tabac

This Liverpool institution was established in 1974, serving up a delicious menu for the past four decades and don’t worry, fluffy buttermilk pancakes are a staple on the menu! Toppings include: mixed fruit, bacon and maple syrup, and sugar and lemon. This little place is styled as a European bohemian café and it is a hub in Liverpool for creative residents like performers, singers, actors and artists.

Coffee And Fandisha
cuisinesCoffee Shop

Coffee And Fandisha is situated in the creative Baltic triangle and it’s a specialty coffee shop. It’s also a brilliant place to stop by and enjoy some pancakes whilst exploring the area. These guys offer classic American-style pancakes that you just can’t beat. It’s also the perfect spot to grab coffee and lunch. The idea of this little coffee shop came from the traditional ceremony of traditional Ethiopian coffee, where coffee is served with for example, popcorn and other little pieces. Another quirky thing that Coffee And Fandisha offers is the yellow wall, where local creatives can exhibit their innovative artwork. So you can enjoy pancakes and admire artwork.
