Crazy Pedro’s is synonymous for unrivalled fun in Manchester and Liverpool. The late-night bar and pizzeria is serving up some of the hottest slices in town alongside unapologetic chaos and fun. Our favourite part? The bottomless pizza and drinks of course!
Crazy Pedro’s was the late-night idea of one of their directors, Lyndon Higginson, who wanted to create a venue serving pizza and mezcal til late. With a shared love for both pizza and mezcal, Crazy Pedro’s was instantly a hit and came to fruition pretty quick. 2014 saw the grand opening of Manchester’s Bridge Street venue, followed by their Northern Quarter restaurant in 2016, and finally they opened up shop in Liverpool the following year.
The team spent months meticulously perfecting every pizza topping, experimenting with 20 different types of flour for the perfect dough (which is now made fresh every day), and creating crazy flavour combinations across a number of cuisines. You certainly won’t find any boring plain pizzas at Pedro’s.
The atmosphere is loud and energetic, with vivid and vibrant decor, fluorescent colour schemes, and lively Latino music blasting over the speakers – don’t take the name Crazy Pedro’s lightly. Picture an all-day party, with a laid-back feeling and good vibes radiating throughout.
On a sunny summer’s day, Crazy Pedro’s is the place to be. Cool down with an outdoor table, enjoy some upbeat tunes, and stay refreshed with a round of frozen margaritas. As one of the very few places open until 4am Thursdays through Mondays, you can rely on Pedro’s to eat, drink, dance, and socialise until the early hours of the morning.
As for the menu, Pedro’s is all about crazy concoctions that just work! Our top picks include the KFC with sriracha fried chicken, kimchi slaw, red chillies, spring & red onion, The S+P with salt and pepper chicken, chips, spring onions, fresh chillies, peppers, & curry sauce, or the Buffalo Pedro with buffalo chicken, Monterey Jack, celery, blue cheese sauce, & parsley.
Some of their signature flavours are their most inventive. The Fried Chicken and Waffle has been turning heads for years now, with fried chicken, smoked bacon, maple syrup, & waffle on top a pizza base. As well as their most provocative pizza – Pedro’s World Famous Hot Dog Pizza consisting of hot dog frank, American cheese, crispy onions, French’s mustard & ketchup. You’ll be well and truly stumped in the best way possible when it comes to ordering!
Alongside some extraordinary pizza options, Crazy Pedro’s is also serving up a range of enticing flavoured nachos (including Jerk-style, Texas-style, and pizza-style), and a wide range of fun drinks to wash it all down. Frozen margs, palomas, spicy and smoked pineapple margs, popcorn-flavoured Jack Daniels, margaritas by the litre, draught beers, and wine are all on the menu, with happy hours running Sunday to Friday with 2-4-£12 cocktails, £12.50 bottles of wine, and £2.50 tequila and mezcal from 5pm to 10pm.
Better yet, you can get it all bottomless! For a flat-fee of £29.50pp you’ll get bottomless pizzas, and your choice of frozen margaritas, Prosecco, mimosas, hooch, or beer for 90-minutes of fun. Pedro’s bottomless brunch runs from 12pm to 4:45pm daily, so get a group together and roll into happy hour to keep the good times going.
Mastering the art of great food, great prices, and a bloody good time – Crazy Pedro’s is giving the people what they want. Their bottomless pizza and drinks deal encapsulates everything they stand for: fun, flavour, and a dash of the unexpected. Book in for good time at either of their Manchester venues (Bridge Street or Northern Quarter) or their Liverpool Parr Street location.
