Six by Nico invites guests to choose their own menu

Now the team behind the popular concept restaurant are changing things up yet again. In a recent announcement, the team said: “Every six weeks, we challenge ourselves to create a new menu, and no matter the success, we throw it in the bin. This constant innovation is at the heart of what we do.”

Taking customer feedback and requests on board, Six by Nico has decided to base its next menu on exactly what the people want. 

In an email sent to subscribers, the Six by Nico team wrote: “We have seen a resounding demand for the return of our concept menus.

“But also, there are many of you intrigued by our adventures to cities around the world where we take you on a journey through our research into their culinary heritage with the final story coming from the final menu.”

So, with the introduction of the new menu, the team decided it was time to try something a little different.Normally when you dine at Six by Nico, you’ll have one set themed menu – with variations to suit different dietary requirements.

However, with demand coming through for both a destination and a concept-themed menu, the team decided it was time to give the choice back to the people.

“For our next menu,” Six by Nico announced, “we will be bringing these two worlds together – the concept theme and destination theme – and putting them together for a six week period. 

“That’s right, for our next menu, you’ll have the choice of two. The uniqueness of the next menu is that we’re splitting these down the middle. Our concept menu for three weeks and a destination for the latter three weeks.”
