Dela
cuisinesIrish , Locally Sourced , Sustainable

The belief at Dela is that what we eat is important, how it is grown even more so. A big part of the ethos here is self sustainability wherever possible, which is why the Dela grows the bulk of its vegetables and roasts all its own coffee on its family-farm in Moycullen. The team’s own vegetables, herbs and leaves are used as much as possible and for everything they can’t grow themselves, they look to local suppliers.
