Ex-Directory has gained a reputation for itself by serving up some of the most creative cocktails in not just Liverpool, but the country. You can find signature drinks served in red phone boxes, in homage to its entrance outside, and bathtubs full of rubber ducks, making these cocktails some of the most Instagrammed around.

Now this intimate cocktail lounge has unveiled its exciting new summer drinks range and the creativity on show is better than ever!

First up is The All Inclusive, which is purely a slice of summer. Aged rum is mixed with passionfruit, lime, orange, coconut and pineapple for a real taste of the tropical.

Another new summer favourite is the Strawberry Mojito. Expect white rum with mint, strawberry and lime – a refreshing twist on a popular classic.
