Named after one of the prominent families who were once proprietors of Dunboyne Castle estate, the Sadlier Bar is the perfect place to unwind after a long day, whether you spent it in the office or in the spa. This fine traditional bar has a great reputation for providing some of the best hospitality around. With attentive bar tenders, you are guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome on every visit. The menu is full of traditional favourites but with a contemporary twist, all created using locally sourced ingredients. And in tandem with the superior food Sadlier also serves a fine selection of draught beers including Irish craft options, wines, liqueurs and the finest Irish whiskeys.

Cush restaurant, with its textured fabrics and warm colours, creates a comfortable space that encourages visitors to relax and enjoy themselves. While the informal dining ambience makes dinner at Cush relaxed and easy, the team here takes its food and ingredients very seriously. At Cush, there’s a belief that great ingredients are crucial, which is why these guys take a simple approach to food, allowing the ingredients to be true to themselves. The food at Scholars has been awarded two AA rosettes for culinary excellence, making it one of the most well-known food destinations in Drogheda.
