Nº19 Kinsale is the home of charcoal, showcasing the very best of local and sustainable Irish produce. Working with real fresh ingredients straight from the field, Chef Cristian allows the produce to take you on a culinary journey all cooked over real fire. All steaks are sourced locally and sustainably by O’Farrell Meats of Midleton, aged in-house over Himalayan salt blocks in ‘Dry Ager’ fridges up on the balcony until at least 28 days. The steaks are then lovingly cooked over charcoal in a ‘Josper’ oven or for the larger boned steaks cooked over charcoal a Japanese Konro Grill. If you and your date love grilled food then this is the place for you!
