The Metropolitan
cuisinesBrunch, Small plates
locationMarker72 Whiteladies Road, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS8 2QA

If you have a bit of time to play with, we highly suggest a sit-down lunch at The Metropolitan in Clifton. The beautiful restaurant and accompanying garden are the perfect setting for a long lunch, complete with a cocktail or glass of wine, of course. Cosy up in the chic wooden dining room or dine al fresco in the sun-soaked courtyard to catch some rays during your visit.

The brunch menu caters to the day crowd, with our favourites including their ox cheek hash with gochujang hollandaise, their chilli crab brioche bun with nori hollandaise, their Korean fried chicken with peanut satay sauce and chilli mayo, and their classic French toast using homemade brioche and orange yoghurt – simply divine! We like to indulge in one of Metropolitan’s spicy margaritas or coffee negroni for a midday pick-me-up.
