After a two year absence, it’s time to get your noodle (back) on…

From the 15th until the 26th of June, the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens will be the place to be as the Night Noodle Markets call the central location home for 12 nights of delicious Asian street food, entertainment and fun.

Whether it’s dumplings or satay, bao or pho, expect oodles of tasty treats from some of the city’s favourite restaurants and pop-ups.

While it’s always hard to choose, we’re planning to get into Flying Noodle’s braised pork belly with noodles, Calabang’s Crispy calamari and finish with the cinnamon mochi donuts from Demochi Donuts. With dishes from the likes of Hoy Pinoy, Latina Plant Power, Wonderbao and many more, something tells me we will end up eating a lot more than planned…

There will be plenty to drink too with pop-up bars, including the Dan Murphy’s Zero% Bar which is making a Salted caramel espresso martini which has us excited, even if it doesn’t have any alcohol.

And there’s also free entertainment, with live music and dragon dancers, and you can even bring your fur babies as it’s a dog-friendly event.

You do have to register for a ticket, but it’s free, so there’s nothing to stop you getting back into this delicious and much-missed tradition.

When: From 5pm (4pm on Saturday) every night from June 15 to June 26

Where: Brisbane City Botanic Garden, 147 Alice St, Brisbane City QLD 4000
